1. HOW TO REGISTER

    Existing Users

1. Log in with your email and password here: https://ppc16.meetmatt-svr.net/Account/Login
2. Click on “Meeting Registration” in the left menu to register and pay fees

    New Users

1. Create user account here: https://ppc16.meetmatt-svr.net/Account/Login
2. Upon log in, click on “Meeting Registration” in the left menu to register and pay fees

2. FEES

• All fees are fixed and are before Goods & Services Tax (GST) at 7%. For foreign attendees, GST is zero-rated i.e. no payment of GST is needed.
• USD1 is approximately SGD1.37 (as of 04 Dec 2018). You may refer to OANDA Currency Converter for exchange rate(s)

2.1 Each paid Registration excludes Banquet Dinner ticket.

2.2 Registration confirmation is subject to payment being received. Once payment is received, the transaction records can be viewed / printed online.

2.3 AUTHORS/PRESENTERS

• Authors whose abstracts are accepted must register their meeting attendance by 14 Oct 2019
• Each registration fee covers TWO presentations (One Oral + One Poster)
• At the time of registration, ID of the abstracts to be presented must be provided.
• By default, the registrant is deemed to be the presenter. This can be the author or a co-author
• Abstracts whose authors do not register to attend the meeting risk being withdrawn

2.4 Student Registration
Students are required to upload a scanned copy of the student status proof (e.g., a letter issued by the school or the matriculation card) at the end of the registration process. The proof document must be in English and contains minimally the following information:

• Student name
• Student matriculation number (student ID with photo)
• Expiration date (Expiration/Expected graduation date should be later than the conference date)
• University Name

3. PAYMENT METHOD
Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd is the conference management company. ALL PAYMENTS TO "Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd"
All presenting authors need register and pay by 14 Oct 2019

3.1 Acceptable Credits Cards
China UnionPay (中国银联) / VISA / MasterCard / AMEX Only

3.2 Interbank Transfer/Demand Draft/Cashier’s Order
Please add administrative fee of SGD80 to fee amount.
1 Nov 2019 will be the last day for processing payment by this method

4. REFUND POLICY
It is applicable to any purchases, including conference registration, optional items, etc

4.1 There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation by authors. A substitute may be allowed provided such a request and the particulars of the substitute are received by Secretariat Office before 1 Nov 2019.

4.2 For NON-AUTHORS, no refund for notice received after 1 Nov 2019. For notice received before 1 Nov 2019, an administration fee of SGD80 applies.

5. ENQUIRIES & ASSISTANCE
Any payment related disputes/queries and chargebacks will be handle by Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd.
